Heath Care Reform Law Summary March 26, 2010

After more than a year of vigorous debate, Health Care Reform was signed by the President and put into law on March 23, 2010.  What does it mean to you or your health benefit program?

There are many details determined through the Senate Reconciliation Process.  Several important changes will go into effect this year.  When the President signs the Reconciliation Act, we'll issue a detailed summary of the Reform legislation and how it affects your plan.

In the meantime, we wanted to provide a summary of the main provisions.  Click below to read a summary prepared by one of our professional associations, the National Association of Health Underwriters.   We hope you find it helpful.
